Welcome to NCLEX Center Pvt. Ltd. (NCLEX Center, we, our, or us). These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

2. Services We Offer

NCLEX Center provides:

• NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN preparation
• PTE, IELTS, GED training
• OSCE preparation
• NNAS, AHPRA, and CGFNS documentation services
• Visa screening and career consultation for nurses

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent) to use our services. You must also meet eligibility criteria for the exam or service you’re applying for.

4. User Obligations

By registering or using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Use services only for lawful and educational purposes.
• Refrain from copying or sharing our proprietary content.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

• Fees can be paid in a maximum of 2 installments: 50% before joining, 50% after one month.
• Course Cancellation Refunds:
• 25% Deduction: Cancel without taking any classes, within 7 days of enrollment.
• 50% Deduction: Cancel after 16 classes, within 15 days of enrollment.
• No Refund: If 7+ classes attended or request is after 30 days.
• Refunds processed within 2 working days after receipt of application.

Other Program Refunds:

• 25% Deduction: Dropping out before using any services.
• No Refund: If the procedure has already started.
• Installment-based students receive one book initially; others provided upon full payment.

6. Dashboard Access and Exam Timeline

• Dashboard access is disabled after successful NCLEX completion.
• Students must appear for NCLEX within 1 year of enrollment. Renewal is required afterward to regain dashboard access.
• Processing charges are to be borne by the student.

7. Delays in Processing

NCLEX Center is not responsible for delays caused by boards or credentialing agencies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content including books, study materials, course designs, branding, and software are the intellectual property of NCLEX Center Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Exam failures
• Visa rejections
• Misuse of our platform or advice
• Delays or service interruptions

10. Changes to Terms

NCLEX Center may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
